Akihiro graduated from Randwick TAFE in June 2017. He completed his 280 hours of work experience at Randwick TAFE’s Intuition Massage Clinic and volunteered at the 2017 Port Macquarie Ironman, performing post-event sport massage for the finishing athletes.
Since graduating, Akihiro has worked for a number of professional sports clubs in the NRL, Super Rugby and currently works as a massage therapist with the NSW Waratahs.
He is enthusiastic about sports rehabilitation and assisting clients in realising their full potential. To treat clients, Akihiro utilises a number of techniques, including deep tissue, myofascial release, IASTM, dry needling, trigger point therapy, and Swedish massage.
